Who Is Lying? 2
Who Is Lying? 2 is a fun guessing game. At various levels, you must decide who’s lying, who’s telling the truth, or try to convince someone of something. For instance, you can be a child trying to convince your parent you were where you claimed you were. Or you can try to find the truth behind a random murder.
It’s one of the best Poki games for those who enjoy something a little slow-paced. Yet it can still keep you on your toes on the more challenging levels.
Subway Surfers
Subway Surfers is always a joy to jump in. It toes the line of being casual and competitive if not with anyone but yourself. Simple in controls, all you have to do is move left, right, jump, and duck. But as the game progresses, the levels get difficult, and before you know it, that nagging cop snatches you up and ruins all your fun.
Always aim for the power-ups though. It’s thrilling to soar through the air on a pogo stick even if temporary.
Drive Mad
Failure is expected in Drive Mad. Things start nice and easy. All you have to do is move to the finish line at each level. But it takes a turn for the worse when the vehicle changes. Suddenly, pressing forward can flip it and break your vehicle into pieces.
From square wheels to absurdly stretched-out limousines, you don’t know what you’ll get when you move to the next level. But one thing’s certain: it’s among the best Poki games when you need a laugh.
Zombie Rush
Have you ever wanted to enjoy an action roguelike without spending money? Well, Zombie Rush is the best Poki game that will give you vibes like Vampire Survivors. It’s intense and non-stop. You keep moving to battle the endless supply of zombies, collecting diamonds to level up and unlock new or upgrades to your weapons.
What keeps things exciting is that there are different types of zombies with various skills. Even the boss fights are surprisingly tough.
Level Devil
One of the most frustrating free Poki games in the best way possible, Level Devil will have you laughing and screaming at your monitor. All you have to do is get to the exit door on each level. Seems simple, right? Well, the term “devil” is used for a reason.
Obstacles pop up, and not your typical ones. Do you think that’s a pair of spikes you can jump over? Well, surprise, they sometimes move. Worst of all: they can move right into your path. The floor can vanish, or the wall can move and push you off. You never know what the level will bring. That’s what makes it equally fun and frustrating.
Murder
Murder is a free game about murder. That’s it. And it’s too much fun than it has any right being. An endless cycle of killing, you start the game immediately stalking the king with a poisoned knife, waiting for your chance to stab him in the back. When you do, you take the crown and begin your walk, only for others to show up to try and stab you in the back.
It’s funny and charming in a unique way. Not only do you have to time everything correctly whether stalking or being stalked, you also have to look out for environmental kills. Murder remains one of the best unique Poki games.
Stick Merge
A fun take on your typical merge games, Stick Merge drops you into a shootout. Why is there a shootout? Who knows and who cares? All you have to do is aim and the game does the rest for you. It’s a relaxing take on shooters, but the strategy comes in getting good guns and knowing who to focus on.
Sometimes it pays off more to stop shooting one enemy and quickly move onto another even if they aren’t dead. The enemies start rushing, and you don’t want to get overwhelmed. Plus, continue to merge your gun to get even cooler and stronger weapons.
Stickman Hook
Yet another free stickman game, but one that’s worth trying out. Geared toward casual players, the goal is to cross the finish line with your trapeze artist stickman figure. Sounds easy enough, but things can take a comical turn if you’re not careful.
I was hardly a few levels in before I accidentally sent my little guy spinning far too fast and soaring off the map. It’s worth a play when you want to pass the time and get some laughs.
The Final Earth 2
The Final Earth 2 is one of my favorite Poki simulator games. You’re starting life fresh with a new colony on an alien land. You’re not given much room to work with, so how you set everything up is key. Houses are needed to bring people. More people equal more workers to find materials and farm food.
Happiness can drop fast if you’re not careful, but the game isn’t difficult to learn. The biggest hurdle is balancing people and resources.
Temple Run 2
Another straightforward Poki game, Temple Run 2 only needs you to use your arrow keys. Jump, duck, or move left and right to avoid obstacles. Collect coins and upgrades to gain boosts like temporary armor or speed. You don’t need to know what’s chasing you. Just keep going.
The fun thing about this is competing against yourself. From the moment you first fail, you’ll want to jump back in and beat your score. It’s a simple and fun running game.
