The end is nigh, Trailblazers. After many versions of shocking story moments, revelations, and a whole cast of heroes, Amphoreus is ready to say goodbye, but not without giving us one of the most anticipated characters. Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.7 will feature the climax and finale of the Amphoreus saga and also see the debut of Cyrene, a long-awaited playable character, and one who’s ready to bring this odyssey to an epic conclusion. While it is sad to see one story end, it always signals the beginning of another.
Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.7 Launches on November 10
In case you missed the epic and nostalgic trailer, we’ve attached it above as usual. As you can see, Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.7, “As Tomorrow Became Yesterday,” will be the ending of the Amphoreus saga. Here, the Astral Express crew will stand together to face the looming threat of Irontomb. They won’t do it alone, however, as Cyrene is finally joining the fray.
Cyrene is a 5-star Ice character who follows the Path of Remembrance. Her kit revolves around buffing everyone’s damage potential while also dealing True Damage. Yet, she also buffs specific characters and gives Chrysos Heirs members a special effect. So, if you’ve been pulling for any of the Amphoreus characters, Cyrene will be an invaluable character to have on your team.
Furthermore, other characters will accompany Cyrene for the first phase. Castorice, Hyacine, and Tribbie will get a re-run in a triple banner, and for the second phase, Phainon, Mydei, and Cipher will get their re-runs. This is a great chance to fill up that Amphoreus roster if you haven’t.
When it comes to events, there’s a new permanent gameplay mode coming called Currency Wars. Here, players will be able to create teams of 10 members with on-field and off-field characters. There will be special “Bond” effects for members who belong to the same faction. At launch, 61 characters will be available as a free trial, and just like Divergent Universe, there will be periodic rewards and updates to keep this system fresh.
On top of that, there will be some lighthearted events, such as the “Snack Dash” one, that will bring back Ruan Mei’s iconic and cute creations. Also, players will be able to customize their Trailblazer with the new Trailblaze Fashion feature, which will bring accessories, such as the one shown in the above image.
