Rappa dedicates her life to mastering the ninja arts of Honkai Star Rail, but her build and team are very special as she combines aspects such as graffiti, rap, and comic-like characteristics. Her mission as a ranger and where her ninja path leads is to protect others and defeat the Evil Ninja Osaru.
Rappa’s Gameplay Style Explained
Rappa’s kit focuses on Imaginary Super Break, but as an Erudition character, she relies greatly on her AoE. However, her real spotlight is in long fights with many enemies coming every round, like in Bosses with constantly calling minions like Harmonious Choir or Starcrusher Swarm King. This will allow Rappa to get more skill stacks and improve her DMG. Unlike Firefly or Boothill, Rappa needs more help from her team to maximize her Super Break, although her partner options are somewhat limited.
Best Light Cones
Rappa must mainly improve her Break Effect, as Imaginary has less power than Fire or Physical. Also, as a ninja, SPD is also a vital stat for her to go unnoticed with her attacks and get more turns. These are her best Light Cones:
| Ninjutsu Inscription: Dazzling Evilbreaker (5-Star) | Rappa’s Signature Light Cone is one of the best options for her build in Honkai Star Rail. This LC mainly increases her DMG and Energy as soon as you start the fight, along with the Action Advance, which helps her get a Basic Attacks combo. You will also get an enhancement for her Break Effect. |

Best Relics
With Rappa, you need to raise those stats to take full advantage of the effect of her best set for her build, Iron Cavalry Against the Scourge. With these relics, you will get a higher Break Effect and ignore the enemy’s defense; this build will be especially devastating if you have the Ninjutsu Inscription LC. However, Thief of Shooting Meteor is an excellent alternative if you want to start your turn with almost full energy, which also improves her Sealform’s combo attack.

The best alternative for your Planar Ornaments is to use Talia: Kingdom of Banditry, but only if you have enough SPD to take advantage of this set’s Break Effect buff. You can also use Forge of the Kalpagni Lantern because, with this set, you will improve the Break Effect immensely, but it is more useful against Fire-weak enemies, so its use is more limited.
Team Composition
Rappa uses the same teammates as the other Honkai Star Rail teams for Super Break, like those of Firefly. Fortunately, you don’t need to create a whole new team just for this ninja, so you can focus only on improving her stats, although it depends a lot on having these characters with her:
