Where To Grind Bomb Flowers in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
To grind Bomb Flowers in Tears of the Kingdom, you first have to figure out where in the world the Bomb Flowers are. Even if you’re at the start of your run, you can sniff around and find a few quite easily. For example, Bottomless Cave at Great Sky Island can get you some Bomb Flowers in short order. Another good spot to get Bomb Flowers in Tears of the Kingdom is Hyrule Field Chasm. Keep in mind that lots of these places where Bomb Flowers spawn are underground. So if you haven’t ventured into the Depths yet, prepare yourself first.
For those of you not yet prepared to go underground, there are still some sports you can check out. If you’ve just started your save, consider heading to Lookout Landing, as it’s part of your main quest. From there, find a Royal Hidden Passage in that area. Once you’re there, follow this path until you reach the tunnel that’s just jam-packed full of Bomb Flowers. This many should hold you off until you can navigate to the Depths to gather up some more. If you’re having trouble finding some of these locations, don’t worry. We have some coordinates for you as well as every location beyond these that can help pinpoint your way toward exploding things as fast as possible:

How To Use Bomb Flowers in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
Once you got as many explosives as you can carry, you can start using them. What’s the best way to use Bomb Arrows? Well, usually from a distance. The best way to get your Bomb Arrows in order is to attach the Bomb Flowers to your Bow before shooting them at enemies. To use your Bomb Arrows, hold down the ZR button and aim the bow. Before you fire, press up on the D-pad to select the Bomb Flower from the menu. If you don’t have a bow handy, not to worry. You can simply lob these Bomb Flowers like grenades and unsuspecting enemies below if you’re short on equipment. (Or if you’re just a bad aim.)
There are plenty of situations where Bomb Flowers can be useful. For example, if there is an explosive within blast range of an enemy, a Bomb Flower can make short work of that situation. Are enemies clumped together? A Bomb Flower can be helpful in that situation too. Got a big enemy like a Flux Construct or Battle Talus that just won’t stay down? Consider exploding them as soon as you can, and you’ll find that Bomb Flowers can make a lot of things easier in Tears of the Kingdom.
Substitutes for Bomb Flowers
If you’re having trouble finding all the resources you need, there are some alternatives. While explosions are cool, there are other ways to deal with your enemies from a distance. Consider Chuchus and how each color holds a specific element. Yellow Chuchu’s shock, while blue freeze, and red set things on fire. While a fire arrow may not be as cool as an explosion, it’s still a damage stacker in comparison to your standard arrow. To whip up a quick fix for your damage needs, attach any color Chuchu Jelly to your arrows to create elemental arrows. As you may have already figured out, Blue Chuchu Jelly makes Ice Arrows, Red Chuchu Jelly makes Fire, and Yellow Chuchu Jelly makes Shock Arrows.
