After the amazing start to Amphoreus’ Saga of Heroes, Honkai: Star Rail is already preparing its Version 3.1, which continues the Flame-Chase Journey most epically. Mydei and Tribbie will join the fight, alongside some long-awaited re-runs, including a Destruction and an Abundance characters. As always, prepare to save your Stellar Jade. These new characters have some amazing abilities and will definitely fit into many teams. And, according to the trailer, we’ll face some new enemies, so a bit more firepower never hurts.
Honkai: Star Rail 3.1 Arrives on February 26
In case you missed the Special Program, you can catch the Version 3.1 trailer above, which shows most of what’s coming to Honkai: Star Rail. As usual, the story will continue with this patch, and remember, Amphoreus’ quest will be the longest in the game so far, so this is just another part of the iceberg’s tip. Furthermore, Mydei and Tribbie are leaving the bench and finally joining as playable characters.
Tribbie will be part of the first phase alongside Yunli. The former is a 5-star Quantum character following the Path of Harmony. Tribbie’s kit includes a combination of buffs and follow-up attacks, so it’ll be interesting to see how she fits in different team compositions. For the second phase, we have Mydei and Huohuo. The former is a new 5-star Imaginary character who follows the Path of Destruction. He uses his own HP to enhance his attacks and can even attack enemies automatically during his turn. It’s still uncertain what teams will work better for Mydei, but we’re excited to try him out.
In terms of events, there’s a new season coming to the Divergent Universe, featuring a new “Day and Night” mechanic that will affect how combat unfolds. The Awoo Firm event, where we’ll take the role of a manager to help the chimera squad in Okhema and more. Beyond that, there will be a new Holy City Appraisals event with many rewards to obtain. So, save the date because Amphoreus is just getting started, and there are many rewards awaiting all Trailblazers who join this voyage.
