The Legend of Dragoon received a new update, and here’s the complete list of changes and fixes that will be added with this patch. The Legend of Dragoon Update 1.02 Patch Notes
Happy patch day! We are fortunate that Sony put out a patch just six days (four business days) after release. Initial reports suggest that most of the major issues have been fixed! Time to test it out. I’ll keep this thread updated with confirmed fixes. See reporting guidelines below.
Issues Resolved
- Dragoon Magic no longer softlocks the game.
- Audio issues resolved (weird dampening effect, voices clipped off, etc.)
- Blueish lines are gone
Issues Still Present / New Issues – The Legend of Dragoon Update 1.02 Patch Notes
- Models are a bit wonky (lacking PGXP corrections from modern emulation, unlikely to be fixed)
- Extra spacing on sides of the command bar in combat.
Bug-Reporting Guidelines
- Make sure your installation is updated to version 1.02
- Test with natural saves (save points).
- Old-version save states will be using the old code. If you test with save states, make sure they are freshly created post-patch.
- If something appears fixed, like Dragoon Magic, try it again with rewind for a bit of stress-testing.
