Since breaking free in 2021, the star has strived to live life to the fullest, enjoying things she missed out on during her years under her dad’s close supervision. Along with the leash though, Britney seems to have lost something more, a questionable price to pay for her freedom.
Britney’s Dysfunctional Lifestyle Considered Self-Destructive
For years, sources close to Britney Spears have expressed concerns about her mental health, fearing she may relapse with no supervision. Some of her social media antics so far seem to validate these fears, even provoking various welfare checks by the cops. This time, those within the crooner’s circle fear something even bigger.
Speaking to TMZ, a source revealed that Britney was in serious danger, both mentally and financially. According to them, the actress had become completely dysfunctional owing to the lack of supervision since winning her conservatorship battle. This lapse in her mental health has driven Britney Spears into a situation direr than her years under conservatorship, and she faces becoming broke in the near future.
Aside from becoming isolated in the wake of her divorce from Sam Asghari, she has reportedly become “dangerously unstable.” In fact, those close to Britney Spears believe leaving her conservatorship was a bad idea. One voiced,
“She had lots of freedom in the conservatorship and the restrictions were there to protect her. She’s not protected anymore.”
Britney Spears in Danger of Going Broke Post-Conservatorship
Britney Spear’s dysfunctional behaviour has her eating deep into her fiances, risking going completely broke. According to TMZ, the star spends most of her time vacationing in high-end destinations, facilitating the trips with a private jet. Her spendings run into millions of dollars per trip, with Hawaii, French Polynesia and The Brando, notable as some of her favorite spots.
Even worse, Britney reportedly lavishes her finances on the presidential suites of the most luxurious hotels during these visits. Not to mention the amount spent on staff and her massive entourage. Speaking to the outlet, one insider revealed that the Toxic singer continues living above her means to suit the lifestyle she couldn’t afford. This ultimately puts Britney Spears in danger of going broke.
Losing the support of her closest family in the wake of her conservatorship battle further plunged Britney into the dysfunctional path. While her relationship with her two sons remain on the rocks, Britney has since mended fences with her dad, Jamie Spears, also keeping things hopeful with her mom and sister.
