A sweet Ohio baker who owns a local cookie stand watched on her camera as the unthinkable happened recently. She said that a thief wandered into her neighborhood and stole her entire cookie cart, which she uses to make sales. On top of that, they took her cash box along with it. Now, she’s speaking up about what happened, and what she did next.
Kenna (@kennascookiesoh) is a baker who owns the cutest cookie cart in her neighborhood, and it’s a real hit with the neighbors! But recently, she said somebody stole her cookie cart with the cash box attached to it. She shows a video captured by a neighborhood camera, where an individual pulls up in a black sedan. Kenna’s father pulls out of the driveway, which is when the driver of the black vehicle pulls out after him. A few hours later, he came back and stole the cart from Kenna’s household.
In a second video, Kenna says the cart was stolen when she was inside the house grabbing more cookies to restock her cart. Kenna cries to her audience as she says she “doesn’t get why people have to be this way.” She explains that she worked so hard to have her cookie cart and isn’t sure why somebody had to take that away from her. She adds that, next time around, she’s going to “anchor that [expletive] down” so nobody can steal it again.
Finally, in her most recent update, she asks for help from her TikTok to investigate who stole her cart. She knows his license plate and is trying to locate who ran away with her entire cart and her money. Kenna also takes the time to thank her community for trying to help her through this difficult time and for buying her cookies locally.
Commenters swiftly showed their support on Kenna’s video after she posted about her predicament. One commenter simply stated: “People who steal are so ridiculous and pathetic.” Another commenter added, “What a disgusting thing to do to someone. I hope whoever it was gets exposed.”
