Tom Holland is the third Spider-Man after Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Men. Holland is known for…not being that good at keeping secrets, but he has kept a big one from us recently. Kevin Feige revealed some exciting news in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that a fourth Spider-Man movie is in development and being written. It is very exciting to think about Tom Holland being the first Spider-Man to get a fourth movie.
The Fourth Spider-Man Movie Is Happening
Kevin Feige went on to say, “all I will say is that we have the story. We have big ideas for that and our writers are just putting pens to paper now.” So there is definitely not much to go on about how the fourth Tom Holland Spider-Man movie will go down, especially with the events that happened in No Way Home. How will he come back from that? Everyone forgetting him? There’s no telling. However, this could be opening up a lot of doors for Peter Parker to be in more of the upcoming Avengers movies which many of us want to see.
Andrew Garfield is, unfortunately, the Spider-Man that got the short end of the stick, only having gotten two movies while the other Peter Parkers got three, and now Holland getting a fourth. Many fans would love to see Garfield get back into the MCU after the events of No Way Home, but there isn’t a way to be sure how this would happen. There is also the chance of Tom Holland showing up in the new Daredevil: Born Again after Charlie Cox, who plays Matthew Murdock, made an appearance at the end of Holland’s third movie. For now, we don’t have any more information on this but hopefully, more will be announced soon after the writer’s progress in the story.
