Within Genshin Impact, the characters have different roles, from DPS, Sub-DPS, and Supports. In this last group, you can find characters such as Shielders, who generate shields that absorb enemy attacks. But there are also Healers, characters in charge of regenerating the HP of the team members. Some healers increase the HP of a single character or the entire party, and others only increase the HP of active characters on the field. Given their importance, we’ve prepared a list of the best healers in Genshin Impact.
Genshin Impact: 5 Best Healers In the Game
Regardless of their element, the healers in Genshin Impact share some specific characteristics. Most healers are kind, dedicated, and caring people who sometimes forget about themselves, which makes sense as they keep others alive. Yet, outside of their characteristic, every healer is different regarding their skills. Some buff and heal, some only heal one character, and others even harm themselves to heal others. Without further ado, let’s see who is the best in this role in the game.

5. Yaoyao
The Streetward Rambler and Xiangling disciple, Yaoyao, is a girl from the nearby mountains of Qingce Village. She is a charming girl who is always concerned about the welfare of everyone. Her Dendro vision reflects this, allowing her to perform Elemental Reactions like Hyperbloom or Burning. But Yaoyao’s main characteristic is that when he throws his bunny Yuegui, it starts throwing White Jade Radishes. These radishes do Dendro damage the opponents but also heal a certain percentage with each tubercle your characters collect. Yaoyao proves radishes can be equally nutritious and destructive.
I prefer Yaoyao with Nahida, a Hydro character, and another Pyro character. This way, Nahida is in charge of chaining the enemies, Hydro creates the seeds, and Pyro makes Burning Reactions. While Yaoyao heals the rest of the team and does Dendro damage to the remaining enemies effortlessly.
4. Jean
Jean is the Acting Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius in Mondstadt and the older sister of Barbara, another good healer. The Dandelion Knight is also on our list of best Anemo characters, thanks to her power and versatility. As Jean can manipulate the wind, she can generate Swirl reactions with other elements, especially with Pyro. Also, with her Elemental Burst, Jean creates an area of a field that does Anemo damage to enemies. At the same time, this skill regenerates a high percentage of life to the characters on-field. While she isn’t a dedicated healer, she’s fantastic at keeping enemies at bay while topping up other members’ HP.
I’m more of a Main Anemo, so I use all the characters with this element. With them, I love to create as many Elemental Reactions as possible. But since Anemo always prioritizes Pyro, it can get out of control and burn your team. Jean is perfect to keep attacking while her Elemental Burs heals burns. Plus playing volleyball with Jean is the best.
3. Baizhu
The owner of Bubu Pharmacy, Qiqi’s caretaker, and Hu Tao’s worst enemy. This skilled doctor further increased his skills after making his contract with Changsheng to find immortality. It may seem like a greedy wish, but Baizhu wants to save as many people as possible. So, it is not uncommon that among his abilities, he can summon a shield to protect the team from harm. But when he launches his snake, it can do Dendro damage but also heals a part of the team member’s life. If you’re looking for a healer that brings damage to the table, you can’t go wrong with Baizhu.
Baizhu’s best quality is his Elemental Skill because he can recover a lot of HP from all the team members. So I don’t have to worry about who is on the field or who keeps me in the area where I place the skill. Plus, he has a shield.

2. Bennett
One of the characters who is in our list of best Pyro characters. Bennett is an adventurer from Mondstadt, and because he was an orphan, he was raised by the Adventurers’ Guild. He has been so haunted by his bad luck that he has developed one of the best skills in the game; I guess he had to balance things somehow. Bennett, with his Elemental Burst, can generate a field that buffs, but at the same time, he heals the character that is in this same area for a limited time. Even if Bennett has no members in his adventuring team, you should definitely have him in yours.
Bennett is one of my favorites; he is very easy to obtain, and his Elemental Skill doesn’t have that much cooldown. He had saved me on more than one occasion when I had very little HP and was in trials against the clock. Plus, Bennett is the best for damage testing with my DPS.
1. Sangonomiya Kokomi
The young Divine Priestess of Watatsumi Island, but don’t let the title fool you. Kokomi is in charge of all areas of her island, from commercial and even as a military strategist. This reflects when Kokomi was the Vision Hunt Decree resistance army leader. But with her abilities, Kokomi can summon a water jellyfish that generates Hydro damage to close enemies. This skill can also heal on field characters that stay close to the jellyfish for intervals of time until it disappears. Also, by being a hydro character, she can help generate various Elemental Reactions. Combine her with Raiden Shogun, and you’ll eliminate foes in a matter of seconds.
Besides her gorgeous design and abilities, Kokomi is a healer no player should sleep on. Besides the fact that I usually do Hyperbloom Reactions with Kokomi, her Medusa is a lifesaver, and it’s always the first thing I put in my attack rotation. However, if you want to see how to build your Kokomi, here’s a video by HizeGaming showcasing the perfect artifacts for her.
