Tribes of Midgard is finally setting sail for its Season 2: Serpent Saga update, bringing with it a whole heap of new additions including the new Shipyard building, boats, swimming, and so much more! It’s also bringing with it a new Saga Boss and Saga Quest, letting players attempt to take down the giant serpent Jörmungandr. To complete this quest, you’ll need to build the Shipyard, then proceed to find three beacons and light them. These beacons can be a bit confusing to find though, so we’re here to help. Here’s how you can find beacons and proceed your Saga Quest in Tribes of Midgard!

How to Find Beacons in Tribes of Midgard

Finding beacons in Tribes of Midgard requires you to first find Ash Beaches that have camps on them. This may sound counterintuitive, but it’ll make sense in a moment. Once you find a camp, eliminate the hostiles within and loot its resources. One of the items that will drop is the Beacon Treasure Map. When used, this will reveal the location of a beacon somewhere within the Open Seas. As you might’ve already guessed, you’ll have to repeat this two more times so you can get the other beacon locations. Once you have all three beacon locations, head to one and defeat the enemies there (they’re quite challenging, so be ready for a fight). Then, simply walk up to the beacon and hold the interact key to activate it.

Once you’ve lit all three beacons, you’ll have completed this quest step and be given a new location to head to, the entrance to the boss’s lair. Be sure you’re well-equipped for this fight, as it’ll prove especially challenging if you enter unprepared. You can also find our guide on how to defeat this boss, should you be running into trouble, here. Otherwise, good luck warriors!
