This isn’t the first time that Ticketmaster has destroyed the concert and show experience for fans. Back when Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour was first announced, the ticket company was so backed up that various people were left in the dust just seconds after the sale went live. In fact, ticket sales were halted altogether as a result of so many people complaining to their customer service.
