There’s really something about airplanes that brings out the worst in people, and for one MAGA-leaning old man in a Texas flight, it brought out the racist in him. That’s because the Texas man flipped out after seeing a Hispanic flight attendant and immediately started threatening to call the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE) on her. Thankfully, order was restored to the airplane after the crew elected to remove the man.
The incident reportedly occurred around early February 2026 on a flight about to depart from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. In the video, you can see the Texas man already berating the flight attendant, saying, “I’m American… you’re the illegal!” When the attendant brushed her off by patiently replying with, “Whatever,” it appears the old man cranked up the drama and tried to call for backup with, “I saw her and her uncles and aunts and cousins swim the Rio Grande,” which he said to the other passengers.
The Texas man also claimed he was claustrophobic and shortly after, started lying face down on the ground in what appears to be a fake crying fit, which made some of the passengers grin in suppressed laughter. For some reason, the Texas man also mentioned in his crying fit that “My daddy died nine months ago, Billy Bob of Fort-Worth Texas… Other than that we’re having a good day!”
It’s not clear whether the man was intoxicated or not, but it appears the other flight attendants had enough of his disruptions escorting him initially back to his seat. However, the airplane returned to the gate, and the Texas man was sadly removed by airport police. The flight was headed to Las Vegas, for the record.
People online are calling out MAGA behavior
While there unruly Texas man got kicked off the flight for several reasons, his stunt grew viral for his particularly racist behavior. Apparently, the flight attendant he was harassing wasn’t even an illegal, something she defended, “I’ve lived here my whole life… whatever, you’re a racist.” Thankfully, no one was harmed during the man’s breakdown.
Still, people online seem to be getting tired of this particular behavior from certain MAGA-leaning people. Some even started throwing in suggestions on how to deal with them, “When we see a cruel, racist MAGA – We need to tackle them to the ground and all of us pile on.” Others pointed out how easily offended the Texas man was, “MAGA are the real snowflakes ❄️.”
Meanwhile, the MAGA Texas man disrupted much of the flight‘s schedule, and it had to be delayed as they kicked him out, much to the chagrin of the other passengers. Unruly passengers can supposedly be fined up to $43,658 per violation of federal rules. Sadly, for many racists, whether subtle or blatant, this kind of fine might not be enough as a deterrent or a lesson.
