Public freakouts have seemingly become more and more common, especially with social media apps like TikTok around. With countless videos readily available at all times, it can seem like people are just mad everywhere they go. Well, this Texas woman would seemingly prove that true as she had a complete meltdown while on a boat. The Karen was then recorded and posted to TikTok by the account @fatigued.in.ameri, as the video shows her threatening an innocent woman and allegedly pepper-spraying a child.
Unfortunately, the TikTok begins with the altercation already underway. However, it is clear that the woman being recorded is not in a very good mood. The text on the screen also reads, “She pepper-sprayed a baby because the boat operator asked her to get off her phone.” As the video continues, the woman being recorded tells the person recording that she had better stop. Although that’s what the treats start rolling in right off the bat. The Texas Karen can be heard threatening the woman’s life as well.
Texas Reacts to Texas Boat Karen
However, after a short back-and-forth argument, the woman would get off the boat. Yet, she would not walk away, as she would then turn back around to keep yelling at the person recording. The woman recording the TikTok can then be heard yelling, “This is what trash looks like,” regarding the boat Karen. She also yells at this already angry woman that she will be “TikTok famous.”
The TikTok comment section had a field day with this woman as they let their feelings about the video be known. “OMG poor baby,” wrote one regarding he child who was allegedly injured. “Wait, you can’t be on your phone while on the boat?” asked another. Finally, one stated, “She pepper-sprayed everyone.”
While the altercation should have officially ended here, a second TikTok would provide a little more clarity to the situation. In the second video, users see the child who was allegedly pepper-sprayed. Luckily, the police were called beforehand, though. As the person recording the video speaks to the police, she tells them the full story. She recalls the threats made by the Texas boat Karen, as well as stating that she pepper-sprayed a toddler. The child is then seen in his mother’s arms, clearly upset over the situation.
While it is unknown why the Texas woman was so mad, it doesn’t really matter. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, no matter the circumstances. Hopefully, this woman was found by law enforcement and brought to justice in a swift manner. TikTok has become a hub for crazy videos like this, and the internet just eats them up. However, hopefully, everyone who was harmed in this situation was able to make a fast recovery.
