Even though there is a lot of bad going on in the world right now, there are still things out there that just force a smile out of me. Today, that smile was thanks to a goose that won’t stop terrorizing students and staff members at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida.
You can quite literally see the students and staff members trying to avoid the bird while on their regular, daily routine. However, it looks like this might be something that these alumni have to deal with, considering the offense the goose took to people calmly walking by it.
The above video was posted to the TikTok account @sincerelynaike, which belongs to Naike, a woman who attends FAMU. In fact, her most recent content has a lot to do with the school and having graduated. This particular video doesn’t have much to do with the school so much as with a single goose terrorizing everyone on campus.
Naike took the video from the safety of her car, pointing the camera at several people staring down the bird in hopes that it would go away. You can see one brave woman try to walk around the bird, though it must have angered the animal, who immediately swooped in and attacked the poor girl. What’s really funny is seeing that other students didn’t even try to jump in for fear of the bird, too.
Fortunately, a class must have ended nearby, because a swarm of students began walking toward the bird, allowing a safe passage. Unfortunately, the girl who was attacked still needed to retrieve the sweater that had been lost in the scuffle with the goose.
Florida A&M University Students Afraid of Wild Goose
The comments immediately filled up with people who found the video to be hilarious, with the top comment saying, “it’s only funny bc it’s not meðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜©.” Other people commented about whether the situation was happening to them, which was hilarious in itself. One of my favorite comments in particular says, “I’d have to transfer schools omg.”
Another person was more focused on the woman who was attacked’s bravery, noting, “She took one for the team 😂😂 everyone was able to walk past after.” It goes to show that not all heroes wear capes.
Hopefully, the school can do something about the unruly geese terrorizing students walking to and from class. However, at least we got this hilarious video out of it.
