A Utah man has shared footage of several brand-new 2026 cars left severely damaged after a diesel truck reportedly jumped across them in a crash near a freeway. The vehicles were later towed to a holding lot, leaving viewers shocked by the extent of the destruction. The incident also sparked jokes about insurance claims, dealership losses and the cost of replacing the damaged cars.
The videos were posted on TikTok by @jaromngakuru. Together, the clips have gained more than one million views. He shared a follow-up after viewers flooded his earlier post with comments comparing the wreckage to a scene from an Avengers movie.
According to the Utah man, the crash happened while the vehicles were parked near a freeway. He clarified that the vehicle involved was a large diesel truck, not a semi-truck. The truck reportedly jumped across several cars, landing on one vehicle’s hood before bouncing onward and causing extensive damage to others.
All the affected vehicles were brand-new 2026 models. The footage showed the damaged cars being towed away to a holding lot, far from the pristine condition they would have been in before the incident.
The man did not share further details about what caused the crash or whether anyone was injured. However, he used the footage to remind viewers to pay attention while driving and exercise caution on the road. Toward the end of the video, he joked that he would start backing his own car into its parking spot every day in case another vehicle crashed into it.
Utah Man’s Wrecked Kias Get Roasted in Comments
The footage prompted a mix of humor and concern about the dealership’s potential financial losses. Some viewers questioned how a diesel truck could cause so much damage, while others joked that the wrecked cars made Kia look as though it had failed a crash test.
One commenter joked about the potential insurance fallout, writing, “His insurance has already blocked his number.” Others sarcastically described the crash as the fastest way to sell multiple cars at once, while some wondered how long the claims process would take and how much the damaged vehicles would cost to repair or replace.
The Utah dealership’s location also drew criticism. Several commenters pointed out that a chain-link fence and a narrow strip of grass appeared to provide little separation between the parked cars and freeway traffic. They suggested that stronger barriers could help prevent similar incidents.
Other viewers shared stories of comparable crashes, including one commenter who recalled a motorcyclist hitting several SUVs and vans at a dealership. Some focused on whether the damaged vehicles’ wheels and tires could be salvaged, while others used the incident to criticize vehicle prices or question Kia’s quality.
The Utah dealership now has several brand-new 2026 cars to deal with, and the insurance claims could be just as messy as the wreckage itself.
