Quincey, the Bandit King, must be located and vanquished to get the recipe to create V Rising’s Hollowfang Gear. You have two options for finding him: either utilize the Blood Altar to find him or go north of Farbane Woods to find his Bandit Stronghold. Players must create and use explosives in V Rising to blow up the main gate to gain entry. Once inside, they can find the boss and his allies at the top of the stairs. Check this guide that will get you through Quincey for more details.
