Various people are pushed past their breaking point daily. Unfortunately, some people do not know how to take care of themselves before things get terrible. In West Los Angeles, popular local Daisy, the Venice healer, was seen at a police station dressed as Spider-Man, spouting nonsense. Fortunately, the officers understand that she is having a mental crisis, but that doesn’t make watching it unfold any easier. Hopefully, she’ll be able to get the help that she really deserves, especially since she mentions having children.
In the above video, Daisy can be seen wearing a Spider-Man costume while barefoot. She is aggressively speaking to an officer who can be seen standing behind a counter shielded with a pane of glass. Throughout Daisy’s breakdown, she continues to say that she wishes to see her children while also explaining her definition of a peaceful world. Despite agreeing with a lot of what she says, it’s clear that she’s been pushed far beyond help.
“On the crazy/hot scale, she’s off the charts”
Daisy has been seen before, primarily in the Venice Beach area, repeatedly spouting the exact verbiage as she does here to random passersby. She’s known to be a local drug addict who has had her children removed from her on multiple occasions. Fortunately, it appears that random people have kept an eye on her children to ensure they’re safe.
“I am very good friends with her mom. Her kids are safe. She needs help, but refuses it. Her mom would love for her to be ok and see the kids. She’s not ok. She had a normal upbringing in a normal place.”
As the video continues, Daisy gradually becomes more agitated at the officers’ responses to her. After a while, she finally decided to pick up her shoes and leave the premises, but not before asking the officers to give two female officers that she knows a hug from her.
Unfortunately, Daisy’s behavior has only become routine as the United States makes things like healthcare less and less accessible. While I can’t judge her based on this one video, she does appear to be in a healthy state and can bounce back if she is willing to accept help.
