According to a royal expert, the Sussexes’ marital foundation is built on fear and control.
Prince Harry ‘Frightened’ But Wants To Please Meghan
Following the Sussexes’ wedding anniversary, royal author Angela Levin shared that the couple’s romance fairytale isn’t to be believed. Levin claimed Meghan has been a “difficult” woman throughout their marriage, causing Harry to feel like a “spare.” The expert told GB News, “I think when he wrote his book about the spare, he didn’t think that maybe he would be a spare now.” Referencing their recently concluded Nigeria trip, Levin claimed the former actress “pulled about” her husband during the tour.
“Meghan pushes him, pulls him if she wants to go on, if she’s bored somewhere, as we saw in footage from Africa. She pulls him away and gives him a look and he leaves immediately. He’s obviously scared. I think he’s very frightened of her.”

The royal commentator emphasized that Harry’s fear comes from his deep love for his wife. “He loves her to pieces. He wants to please her. But she is a very difficult woman, and so it’s very hard for him,” she noted.
Meghan Markle Has ‘Taken Over’ Invictus Games
Another issue in Harry and Meghan’s marriage is the duchess’s control over her husband’s star project. According to Levin, the Suits alum has “taken over” Harry’s passion child, The Invictus Games. “That was Harry’s, that was his star,” she explained. “That’s what he’d done very well. And Meghan’s taking it over. She gives the speeches, and she stands in front of former and army people who are walking, and she walks on, and she gives them the marching orders.”
Levin believes Meghan Markle is a “powerful” woman who would do anything to win, including stealing her husband’s spotlight.
