According to a video recorded by the child’s father, Massachusetts ICE agents remained outside the residence while the child was present, refusing to leave and repeatedly demanding that the parents come outside. The father began recording as tensions escalated.
In the video, the father can be heard warning the agents not to touch his child. In response, Massachusetts ICE agents told him he was “welcome to come pick her up,” a statement that appeared designed to force the parents to leave the home. Another Massachusetts ICE agent suggested the father could simply step outside and provide identification.
