If you can’t get to San Diego for Comic Con, it’s easy to feel like you’re missing out. I understand. Luckily for fans of Telltale Games’ The Walking Dead series and its fantastic season one cast, the company’s latest Comic Con-related announcement confirms that a special event will be live for view on www.twitch.tv/skybound on Saturday, July 11th at 8pm PT.

What’s the event, though?

“Together with the wonderful people at Skybound, we’ve arranged a very special event for fans of our episodic Walking Dead series… The Walking Dead Live Performance!” Telltale writes on their blog. “Cast members from the Game of the Year award-winning The Walking Dead: Season One will reprise their roles LIVE on stage at Petco Park in a series of scenes from the game.” You hear that? A series of scenes! (Breathe, breathe.) Moreover, “This is the first time they have performed these roles together, at the same time, in the same place!”

“LET US IN! WE WANT TO SEE!! BRAAAAAGGGHH….”

I know, my pulse has soared through the roof, too. But to elevate it even more, here’s the list of cast members you’ll see, straight off the Telltale announcement:

  • Melissa Hutchison as Clementine
  • Dave Fennoy as Lee
  • Gavin Hammon as Kenny
  • Nicki Rapp as Lilly
  • Nicole Vigil as Carley
  • Adam Harrington as Andy St. John AND Larry (Terry McGovern, who voiced Larry in-game, could not make it out to San Diego, so Adam is doing double duty to fill in!)

It may be strange to see the actors’ voices coming out of their own bodies and not the characters we’ve come to know and adore (and sometimes weep over), but there’s no doubt they’ll nail their performances.

And as if all this isn’t enough, Telltale teases: “We’ll also be doing a panel with The Walking Dead live performance cast on Friday, July 10th at 11:30am. The session will include a Q&A, so come along and chat with the stars of the series!” More details on that incoming soon.

On an ending note (because we won’t ever get enough The Walking Dead to satisfy our craving), for fans still wondering about the Michonne mini-series announced during E3 2015, more details on that are incoming at San Diego Comic Con as well:

“Telltale will be a part of the SDCC Skybound Entertainment Celebrates 5 Years panel on Thursday, July 9th at 3:30pm, where we’ll be sharing some more info on the upcoming The Walking Dead: Michonne mini-series!

For more details about how you (yes, you!) can attend these panels in person (in person!), see Telltale’s blog (the link is above).
