This Valentine’s Day, Washington cops released a unique safety ad offering to provide a “warrant wellness check” for your ex. The humorous ad blends Valentine’s humor mixed with warrant-themed puns. The ad features cops holding heart-shaped boxes filled with handcuffs and posing with police cars. And people can’t seem to get enough.

The safety ad begins with two cops playfully announcing that “love is in the air and so are warrants.” The Washington cops proceed to empathize with the Clark County community, assuring them that they know “love is complicated.” The first cop states, “Some relationships last forever, some leave you with questions.” But have no fear. The Washington cops have a solution: “This Valentine’s Day, we’re offering something special. A warrant wellness check.” The ad continues, “That’s right. If you’re ex, situationship, or someone that owes you money has a warrant, we’ll be happy to check on them.”

Love is in the Air - Happy Valentine's Day, Clark County!

Not only will the Washington cops check in, but they’re also offering “free pick up service, complimentary bracelets, all-inclusive meals, [and] overnight accommodations.” The video highlights each of these amenities with tongue-in-cheek humor. The stay will provide them with a “quiet place to reflect on their choices.” All that needs to be done to receive these luxuries is to send the Washington cops “their name and [they’ll] do the rest.” The cheeky ad concludes with, “Nothing says I’m over you like helping them deal with their legal responsibilities.”

Everyone Loves Washington Cops

Everyone online is loving the Washington cops, and are showing this through thousands of likes and comments. One reads, “This was funny, well played, and too good not to share.” Another shares, “Almost [spat] my coffee out with the blowing of the hearts at the end.” A third agrees, “I’m laughing so hard I spit tea out of my nose!” Everyone can’t get enough of the humor, with one even hoping to “spread this message of responsibility and caring.” Another reveals they’ve “watched it over and over.” One commenter says, “I freaking lost it at him blowing the hearts.”

This even has people making unique wishes: “This makes me want an ex with a warrant.” Another adds, “Wish one of my exes lived in Clark County.” However, some of the comments are more interested in the Washington cops’ relationship status, such as “I don’t have any warrants, but I am more than willing to try on a pair of your complimentary bracelets, so feel free to come get me.” Another wonders, “if any of those handsome officers [are] single.” A third agrees, “this is amazing,” and asks, “are y’all single, asking for me?” One comment even says, “I’ve never wanted to have a warrant until I saw this.”
