One mom in Washington decided to reach out to the internet for help with her toddler, who refuses to take naps. Fortunately, she received plenty of support from others online, and it’s likely that her son was able to take a nap without any resistance after reading through the comments.
The above video shows stay-at-home Washington mom Jen with her toddler son, who is wearing a construction worker costume. Jen immediately explains that the video is exclusively for the ‘workmen’ on TikTok because her son is also one and has a question. The specific question is if workmen take naps during the day, because he doesn’t believe they do. As a result, he is refusing to take a nap.
What’s hilarious is that he didn’t question it when he came inside the house from playing to have lunch because that really is something anyone who works does. However, he really believes that workmen don’t take naps throughout the day. Commenters were quick to answer the question, with some clearly playing along with Jen and adding, “As a certified workman, I can safely answer this question. we take naps, we eat allour veggies, and we always listen to our mothers.“

Honestly, I think everyone should take a nap during the workday, regardless of their profession. Sometimes, it’s hard to get through an entire eight-hour day! Hopefully, the comments and videos convinced the toddler to listen to his mother.
