Washington Woman Shares Bizarre Hidden Note From Burger King Employee: ‘Never Seen Anything Like That’

This is very sneaky

When going to any kind of fast-food restaurant, the expectation is a quick and well-cooked meal. However, for this Washington woman, what she found in a Facebook group regarding a Burger King would shock her. The Washington native would quickly post a TikTok, where the video has gained a lot of popularity. The woman claims to have found a note from a staff member claiming health concerns at the establishment.

In the TikTok posted by Jessika (@jessikaka0), the alleged secret note can be seen in the screenshot below. The caption of the video states that Jessika had found the image on her city’s local Facebook page. The note begins with an apology for how the food will taste. Apparently, this Burger King’s fryers have been broken, leading to the oil not being changed in weeks. The TikTok’s comment section was filled with concerned users. Jessika herself even responded to a few. The Washington woman states she has “Never seen anything like it,” regarding the note.

Washington Burger King Gets Called Out By Its Own Employees

The message would continue by asking whoever is reading it to help the employees report the incident to a health inspector or even Burger King’s corporate office. It would appear that even the employees of the restaurant are fed up with the lack of common sense. While some of the note is cut off by whoever’s camera took the original photo, the message seems clear.

While outdated fryer oil is unlikely to harm humans in the short term, its long-term effects can be alarming. Repeated consumption of rancid oil has been linked to Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, and, among other things, diabetes. Food cooked in outdated oil typically has a gross and very noticeable aftertaste. This is why restaurants will usually change the fryer oil every few days at the very least.

Despite most of the Washington woman’s comment section going in on Burger King for what appears to be disgusting behavior, some may not be convinced just yet. A few may believe that this employee is just trying to create issues for Burger King. “Is this true?” one unconvinced commenter asked. Another wanted to know, “What location is this?”

Despite the mystery note pleading for outside help, it would seem there is no actual proof to back up what the employee is saying. However, hopefully, this Washington-based Burger King can get whatever is wrong sorted out fast. If not, they may have a lot more TikToks being made about them.
