With discipline, a psychic like Tatsumaki or Fubuki can overpower even the most talented fighter. Inspired by those very characters, Wild Psychic brings a blend of psychic attacks, escapes, and chase powers to this anime brawler. Each of these Roblox fighters demands a unique approach to use them properly. In Psychic’s case, it’s a mixture of tricky, mid-damage strikes and acrobatic jousting. Here’s what you need to know about the Wild Psychic moveset (and how to use it) in The Strongest Battlegrounds.
The Strongest Battlegrounds Wild Psychic Guide
Mastering movement is an essential tip for Wild Psychic in The Strongest Battlegrounds, since this character lacks a bruiser’s skill with toe-to-toe engagements. Instead, Wild Psychic excels at catching opponents in combos thanks to its speedy hits and extenders. It’s also an ideal character to play if you enjoy daring escapes (and brief chases, when you’re in pursuit).
- Crushing Pull – Releases a pulse of energy before drawing enemies in and slamming them into the ground, dealing AoE damage. Although this power is blockable, it will grab ragdolled players.
- Windstorm Fury – The user creates a green tornado that moves forward, damaging opponents. Although Windstorm Fury can hit ragdoll players, evasive maneuvers and blocks both counter it.
- Stone Coffin – Lifts two rocks from the ground and smashes anyone caught between them, rolling them toward the user. Players can avoid the stun by blocking Stone Coffin but cannot evade it once caught by the coffin.
- Expulsive Push – The player flies for approximately 1s (pictured above). Using this ability again triggers an AoE explosion. This explosion can hit ragdolled players and can’t be blocked but can be interrupted or countered by Prey’s Peril or Split Second Counter.
- Psychic Barrier (Passive) – After a Finisher, grants the user a protective green bubble when blocking. This ability deflects projectiles and deals 10% damage if the shield is broken, ragdolling nearby opponents.
Between speedy M1s, the ability to hit ragdolled players with any base move, and Crushing Pull as a combo opener, Wild Psychic has a diverse kit. Here are some tips that’ll make you feel as big-brained as Psychic:
- Use Crushing Pull to snare backdashing enemies to deny them distance. Use Windstorm Fury to extend your combos, M1ing through the entire tornado.
- You can use Stone Coffin as an extender for wall combos, but it’s the riskier option. For reliability, just land a direct Stone Coffin and transition straight to M1s instead.
- Avoid predictable uses of Expulsive Push.
That final tip is one of the most important. If the enemy sees your flight coming, they’ll clip your wings fast. Fly on, Wild Psychic.
