If you see an employee with a light bulb over their head, it indicates that this staff member is ready to acquire more knowledge, a skill, a new ability, or even a recipe.

Each employee you hire has two initial skills, which they can improve until they reach level 20. As you assign them tasks, they will gain experience, and when they are ready to move up to the next level, the light bulbs will appear in Dave the Diver.

As each employee gains experience and levels up, they will have the opportunity to unlock their unique abilities. However, not all employees will unlock their unique abilities simultaneously. These special skills can improve cooking, speed, cleaning, and customer service.

How Much Does it Cost to Level Up Employees?

Investing in upgrading the level of your staff once light bulbs are available in Dave the Diver has a financial cost, and each level will have a higher price than the previous one.

Still, this process will help you create a good working environment when you have to be in the restaurant and are not fishing meters below the surface.

Remember that each team member has unique skills, so it is vital to manage your money properly and make wise decisions when deciding how to improve their levels based on the goals you have for your restaurant.

If you are not happy with the performance of any of your team members, you can fire them and re-post an ad looking for a new employee, even if the employee you are firing has a light bulb in his or her head at Dave the Diver.

Dave the Diver is available on PC.
