What is the ethnicity of 90 Day Fiancé’s Kalani & Kolini? Sisters Kalani Faagata and Kolini Faagata have been getting some attention lately. But a lot of people keeping asking the same question. What is their ethnicity? Let us just start this whole affair off by playing the devil’s advocate and asking why people care? Like, how does it matter at all? Are you going to like them more or less based on the answer? If so, that says more about you then it does them.
That aside, we think it comes more from curiosity then anything else. We honestly think the inquiry is relatively innocent. It’s just easy to see that they have quite the background, and folks want to know more specifics. Well, if such is the case, we got you.
What is The Ethnicity of 90 Day Fiancé’s Kalani & Kolini?
Via Screenrant:
“90 Day Fiancé stars Kalani and Kolini were born and raised in the United States, and the sisters are half-Samoan. Their father Low Faagata was born in Samoa like Asuelu, and Samoans are of Polynesian descent. However, Low immigrated to the U.S. with his parents and siblings during the 1970s. While it was not revealed why Kalani’s dad left Samoa, Reality Titbit noted that it was possibly due to “Kalani’s father’s difficult upbringing.” Kalani and Kolini are from Orange County in California. Kalani has now moved to California with her two kids, after selling her house in Utah where she lived with Asuelu.”
So there you have it. I’ll tell you, I think we are almost at the point in society where it is almost rude to ask that question. But obviously, we are not quite there yet. It just seems like asking about race could be a slippery slope for some folks. But all that aside, it’s pretty early into the game to pass any judgement on these two. Ever since the two appeared on Pillow Talk people have been wondering. Well, there you have it. They are a little bit of everything.
A human cornucopia, if you will.
