Over the last few years, the game creation software known as Roblox has grown ever more popular among aspiring developers. Roblox uses a proprietary engine, fitting called Roblox Studio, to allow players to create their own games for other users to try out. A few days ago, Roblox announced The Hunt: First Edition, a seasonal event that mimics the beloved Egg Hunts that ran from 2008 to 2020.
These Egg Hunts required players to locate Easter eggs spread across numerous games. Every egg had its own unique design modeled after the game it originated from. Players could then sell these eggs in the Roblox marketplace for thousands of Robux.
Roblox launched the first Egg Hunt in 2008 and discontinued the event in 2020. However, The Hunt: First Edition looks to reimagine the excitement that Egg Hunts would bring to Roblox players. Here’s everything you need to know about the event, right in time for the start date.
Everything You Need to Know About The Hunt: First Edition
Roblox’s The Hunt: First Edition will start on March 15, 2024 at 10 am ET and run until March 29, 2024 at 5 pm ET. It will be playable for users on mobile, PC, console, and VR.
