Diablo 4’s Beta is finally live. You can play through the entirety of Diablo’s Open Beta and make your way to level 25 with no restrictions. This guide will discuss everything you need to know about the Diablo 4 Beta dates.
Diablo 4 Open/Close Beta Dates
The Diablo 4 Early Access Beta began on March 17, 2023, and will end on March 19, 2023. For those who missed the Early Access period, the Diablo 4 Open Beta will be available to all players on March 24, 2023.
Unfortunately, there will be a brief period between the end of Early Access and the start of the Open Beta, where servers will be offline, meaning players will not be able to play the game from March 20-23, 2023.
Open Beta will be available to all players on March 24 and run until March 26. So, it’s allowing players to experience the game before its official release on June 6, 2023.
Many players may need clarification on whether their progression in the Beta will carry over to the full game. There has yet to be an official announcement on whether this will happen. However, it is common for Beta progressions to be wiped before the game’s official release to ensure a level playing field for all players.
Additionally, Beta versions of games often need more content and features than the final product. Players who want to ensure they have access to Diablo 4 as soon as it releases can pre-order the game. Pre-ordering will grant players early Access to the game on June 3, 2023, three days before the official release.
