To find the Scavenger’s Buy Station in DMZ, you need to find the Scavenger first. This portable Buy Station is somewhere around him, where his guards are watching it. Now if you kill the Scavenger, his small market will also vanish. So be careful to treat the thief nicely, and put on a Disguise before visiting him. Where to Find a Disguise in DMZ

You can find the Disguise in duffle bags on Ashika Island, Al Mazrah, or Vondel. These gray bags are found everywhere on the DMZ maps, and there’s a high chance of finding a Disguise inside them. However, there is not a certain location to find this item inside, so you need to search around.
