Silica Pearls are a crucial resource for crafting Electronics in Ark: Survival Ascended, used to make GPS, Heavy Miner Helmets, Transponder Nods, and more. With the changes in the latest map, some of the locations have been changed from Evolved. Here we’ll detail all the new Silica Pearl locations in Ark: Survival Ascended.
You can find Silica Pearls often inside water in icy coastal areas of the map. However, in the early stage of the game, the best way to find them is by checking inside Beaver Dams. But, still, there are some coastal areas you will be able to grab some of them with ease. Below are the best locations for Silica Pearls in Ark: Survival Ascended.
# | Map Coordinates | Map Coordinates |
1 | 17.1,20.5 | The icy underwater of this small lake will be one of the best locations if you are looking to grab some of them with less risk because this location does not have any sharks and other creatures that might attack you. |
2 | 83.4, 58.7 | This location is at the northwestern corner of the map and inside a slight bend into the island. You can get some Silica Pearls on the small beach. They are covered with snow, but you might quickly identify them since they look like fat and smooth rocks. If you return to this area later, you might find some more. |
3 | 33.1,14.9 | This island is one of the earlier locations to grab some Silica Pearls from Beaver Dams. Even though every Beaver Dam does not mainly include Silica Pearls, you might get lucky enough to get even more than a hundred of them from some of these Beaver Dams. |
4 | 17,27.8 | This is also a tiny beach, and if you travel to the east from the first location, you will find it. |
5 | 30.8,30.8 | The icy underwater of this small lake will be one of the best locations if you are looking to grab some of Silica Pearls in Ark: Survival Ascended with less risk because this location does not have any sharks and other creatures that might attack you. |
It’s worth noting these are early-game locations. When you acquire a Scuba Driver later in the game, you’ll be able to find many more. Still, overall we think Beaver Dams are a reliable source that should be your go-to.
