Illari’s voice actor is Andre Cisneros, a Peruvian pop musician. Andre Cisneros was born in Lima, Peru, and is the same race as the new Overwatch 2 hero, Illari. Andre Cisneros goes by the stage name ANDRE and releases her music on platforms such as Spotify. She studied in Barcelona and is a professional soprano.
