The Bold and the Beautiful character Katie Logan is one of the show’s popular heroines. Since 2007, she’s been front and center on the CBS soap opera. Most of her storylines have focused on brushes with death. Although things looked grim, Katie survived whatever crisis was thrown her way. But fate might not be on her side with danger lurking again.
The show has written a murder mystery that started with Tom Starr and continued with Paul “Hollis” Hollister. The murders seem to be connected to Poppy Nozawa. Poppy recently reconnected with her ex-lover Bill Spencer, the “father” of her daughter Luna Nozawa. However, Bill’s ex-wife Katie is causing trouble for the reunited lovers.
Katie is suspicious of Poppy and starts digging into her past for dirt. But her search for answers could put her life in danger.
The Bold and the Beautiful Fans Fear Katie Will Die
Katie’s investigation uncovered that Tom was a performer at the musical festival where Poppy and Bill met 20 years ago. After connecting the dots, the ex Mrs. Spencer realized Poppy and Tom knew each other. And there’s a possibility he could be Luna’s father.
Her suspicions about about Poppy being a gold digger seem right. But as for being Tom’s murderer, she needs more proof.
While viewers are excited to see her take down Poppy, they’re worried about safety. On Reddit, The Bold and the Beautiful fans expressed concern that Katie will be the killer’s next target.
One user hoped she wouldn’t die:
She’s the best Logan so that would suck.
One commenter thinks they won’t get rid of the character:
Real talk, they’ve already axed Storm and Beth the First, so I don’t see them bumping Katie off.
Another viewer thinks she’ll have a close call:
I don’t think they will either, but she’s playing with fire, running around giving Li and Poppy the third degree. Something is gonna happen.
It seems unlikely the show would kill off the character, especially with Daytime Emmy winning actress Heather Tom in the role. Chances are she’ll get hurt, which will set up a reunion with Bill and further her feud with Poppy.
As for the killer’s identity, it’s unknown whether it’s Poppy or someone else. But it’s obvious the person wants to protect Poppy’s secrets. Unfortunately, the murderer didn’t count on Katie being the one to bring them down.
