In the now-viral clip posted to Reddit, the star of the show struts over to the DJ booth, striking a pose before attempting to lean back on the table for added flair. Unfortunately, things take a dramatic turn as she leans back a bit too hard, tugging the table (and all of the DJ’s expensive equipment) straight to the floor with her. She falls back, landing on her rear as cables, laptops, and turntables scatter across the floor in a dismal end to her “sexy” performance.
A Redditor succinctly summed it up with the line, “She dropped the beat –and the whole table with it.” Another commenter, apparently a DJ, pointed out the unfortunate reality of nightclub equipment setups: “Why would you pull so hard on the stand? They aren’t bolted into the floor!” The sympathy for the DJ was strong, with another user writing, “Feel bad for the DJ; he’s probably trying to piece back together a very expensive night right now.”
