Since the new expansion finally dropped, we can worry about some of the more fun features in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight, like customizing your dragon! As of right now, we have access to the Dracthyr, the ancient dragon race that’s made a recent appearance in World of Warcraft, even though we won’t have full access to our dragon-riding mount until sometime in December. However, the look of your dragon might not be what you were hoping for. Luckily for us, there actually is an option to customize our dragons. Keep reading to learn where to customize your dragon in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight.

Where to Customize Your Dragon in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight

There are a couple of different places that you can go to customize your dragon, and each of them can be found on Dragon Isles. However, you’ll have to unlock a couple of things first. However, it won’t take long, as the unlocks will occur during the first zone of World of Warcraft‘s Dragonflight expansion. You’ll eventually get to collect your first dragon mount along with a few other things as you progress through the expansion quests as you normally would. You’ll also learn exactly how to control your dragon, unlock dragon-riding talents, and unlock Dragon Customizing options in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight.

To customize your dragon, you’ll have to travel to a Rostrum of Transformation. There will be 4 of these scattered throughout Dragon Isles. You will be able to find one of them in each of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight‘s zones. Each of them looks like a statue-type structure that sits on the ground in the main cities of each zone, like Thaldraszus. Each of these can be accessed to customize your dragon. Bellows a list of coordinates to the Rostrum of Transformation in each zone:

  • The Waking Shores – 74.03, 58.13
  • Ohn’ahran Plains – 84.64, 35.55
  • The Azure Span – 63.61, 13.21
  • Thaldraszus, Valdrakken – 25.24, 50.33

With any amount of luck, you should be able to transform your game-appointed dragon into the dragon of your dreams by learning where to customize your dragon in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight. Be sure to check out all of the customization options and create a dragon worthy of showing off and riding in style.

She strives to be a successful gaming blogger, and has no complaint about the hours of game time she used to increase her knowledge of all things “geek”. She primarily writes gaming articles and fantasy novels. Ark: Survival Evolved is a favorite, along with Diablo 3, Warframe and Minecraft lately, though you can’t forget the good old Magic the Gathering card game! Writing about games truly gives her joy as it gives her another perspective to look at games from, a reason to really look into the mechanics of the game.
