We all know MMOs can get a bit stale after certain updates, but that’s why the majority of them bring seasonal events to keep players hooked. One of these events is Noblegarden in WoW, which returned in 2024. This event celebrates Easter in a fun and colorful way. With a bit of egg-hunting, druid-fighting, and undercover duck operations, there are many things to see in each corner of Azeroth. So, wear your freshest ensemble, open your eyes, and start looking for eggs.
How To Participate in the Noblegarden 2024 Event in WoW
Thankfully, you don’t need to go through many hoops to join Noblegarden 2024 in WoW. Any player who jumps in during the event’s duration can head to any of their capital cities and speak with a Commoner. If you’re new, these NPCs are in charge of all events and will guide you to a short quest line.
Noblegarden Questline
The 2024 event includes a short questline that rewards players with a new toy. Here are the quests and how to complete each one:
What the Duck
Head to Goldshire (Alliance) or Razor Hill (Horde) and speak with Zinnia Brookes or Sylnaria Fareflame, depending on your faction. After doing so, you’ll get the Horn of Honking, and your mission is to scare 10 ducks around your faction’s area. All you must do is approach any of the glowing ducks and press the item’s icon on your quest list or your inventory.
A Fowl Concoction
Depending on your faction, you must visit the Wizard’s Sanctum (Alliance) or Pathfinder’s Den (Horde); once inside, speak with the archmage, who will return to the event’s area later.
Duck Tales
The recently arrived archmage will hand you a potion. Interact with it via your inventory or quest log to become a duck. After doing so, run around the area and speak with the Furious Ducks. Do this until you get information from five creatures. Return to your event’s NPC to proceed.
Just a Waddle Away
After learning there’s a druid sending angry ducks to mess with WoW‘s Noblegarden 2024, you must put a stop to him. You have to transform again into a duck and head to two different locations. Once you reach the final spot, interact with the heirloom and return it to your event’s NPC. This will finish the quest and reward the following:
- Brightly Colored Egg
- Duck Disguiser
- Choose one of the following six disguises:
- Black Duck Disguise
- Brown Duck Disguise
- Mallard Duck Disguise
- Pink Duck Disguise
- White Duck Disguise
- Yellow Duck Disguise
Note: Players have reported you can only get one disguise per character and are not account-wide. This means that if you want to get all six disguises, you’ll have to repeat the quest yearly.
After finishing the quest, you can use the Duck Disguiser toy to turn into the colored duck you chose.
Daetan Swiftplume (Boss)
Another part of Noblegarden 2024 in WoW is the seasonal boss. This time, players will face Daetan Swiftplume, the one behind the duck invasion. You can find this enemy at the spot where you got the heirloom for the last quest of the event’s questline. However, you must do the following to summon him:
- Head to the enemy’s spawn area (will vary depending on your faction).
- Fly around until you spot a large golden egg.
- Interact with the egg and drag it to the enemy’s nest.
- The boss will spawn.
Since it’s a seasonal event, most players are always around to beat it, and you don’t need to be at a certain level to face it. However, we recommend reaching level 60 before facing him. After defeating this foe, you can return to the event’s NPC and turn in the Noblegarden Trinket item. Doing so will give you a Loot-Filled Basket. If you’re level 60 and above, there’s a chance to obtain the event-exclusive mount Noble Flying Carpet and the Spring Reveler’s Turquoise Attire.
Note: You can fight the boss daily on each of your characters to farm the mount and the outfit.

Besides the boss rewards, there are others you can get during the event by spending Noblegarden Chocolate or Trader’s Tender.

How To Find Bright Colored Eggs
During Noblegarden 2024 in WoW, you can find Brightly Colored Eggs, which contain the event’s currency, in any starting zone. They have a fast spawn rate, and each one has one to six pieces of Noblegarden Chocolate. If you want to stick to a farming zone, here are the places where these eggs spawn:
- Alliance
- Azure Watch
- Dolanaar
- Goldshire
- Kharanos
- Horde
- Bloodhoof Village
- Brill
- Falconwing Square
- Razor Hill
It’s up to you to choose where to farm eggs, but we recommend sticking to one zone only. In our case, the easiest way to get eggs was to run around the area’s inn and wait for them to respawn. We found 30 eggs in 10 minutes, but it’ll depend on how full your server is.
And there you have it, everything you must know for Noblegarden 2024 in WoW. Remember that this is a limited-time event, and in 2024, it runs from April 1 to April 8. So, mark your calendar and start your egg hunt as soon as possible.
