WWE 2K Battlegrounds Features
WWE 2K Battlegrounds is an arcade-style wrestling game with “over-the-top” and fast-paced action. Its combat mechanics feature power-ups, special moves, unconventional melee items, and interactive environments. The graphics are stylized, making it more akin to the arcade genre and setting it apart from its more realistic WWE 2K counterpart. It does, however, still have fan-favorite match types such as Steel Cage, Royal Rumble, and Fatal Four Way.
In terms of multiplayer features, players can compete in online tournaments. Additionally, they can battle other players around the world to claim the title of “King of the Battleground”. Of course, you can also choose to destroy your “jabroni” friends via local multiplayer. If you prefer to play alone, there is even an all-new story mode presented through comic strips.

2K has noted that these dates are subject to change and that “some superstars and cosmetics require unlocking through in-game currency. In-game currency can be earned or purchased.”
