On Friday, Malik ended his one-month hiatus with a new video on Instagram. He surprised his followers with a heart-melting acapella rendition of his track Shoot At Will. He donned a cream two-piece set, with the sleeves rolled halfway to flaunt his tattoos. While the English singer’s vocals were utterly impressive, his look stole the spotlight. Malik, who usually favors a clean cut, opted for a full head of hair in the clip. The Pillowtalk crooner also rocked a full beard with a slightly bushy mustache. Although he didn’t acknowledge the surprising look, fans had a field day in the comments, thirsting over his superb hair growth.
“Give me the haircare routine ’cause how tf your hair grows that fast,” urged one fan. Another comment read, “Damn the beard 😭😭😭.” A third fan described the 31-year-old as “Bear Man,” while this follower wrote, “Bed hair day but skin is still glowing.😄✨ A fifth remark read:

Malik’s new look comes months after he opened up about his dating woes in an interview. The Dusk Till Dawn singer admitted that joining Tinder didn’t help him find love because of his fame. He told Nylon Magazine that matches often believed he was catfishing. They just didn’t think he would be the real one on the online dating platform. Some even went as far as reporting him, causing Tinder to kick him off from to time.
“It’s not been too successful for me, I’ll be honest. Everyone accused me of catfishing. They’re like, ‘What are you using Zayn Malik’s pictures for?’ I’ve been kicked off once or twice.”
However, that isn’t stopping the pop star from giving love another chance. Malik is “content and happy” by himself and wants to take his time before investing in a new partner. His last public relationship was with model Gigi Hadid. Together, they welcomed their daughter Khai. She has since moved on with Bradley Cooper, while Malik has been mostly single.
