Today, HoYoverse announced a musical collaboration with Grammy Award winner DJ Tiësto and Lucas & Steve for its upcoming gacha game, Zenless Zone Zero. Some people might be a bit too young to remember, but in the early 2000s, DJ Tiësto was one of the most influential DJs. His work was so great that it earned him many rewards, including the coveted Grammy. With the release date for ZZZ upon us, it seems HoYoverse is going all in to make the game’s launch as big as possible, and what’s better than one of the most legendary DJs bringing his beats to this urban fantasy ARPG?

Through a 15-second teaser, we learned the collaboration between Zenless Zone Zero, DJ Tiësto, and Lucas & Steve will occur on July 2, two days before the game’s official release. HoYoverse aims to bring an immersive urban life experience to Zenless while taking the visuals to the next level. Having DJ Tiësto collaborate with ZZZ makes perfect sense. Frankly, I can’t wait to see what the studio and these talented artists have cooked.

If you didn’t know, Zenless Zone Zero has already reached 40 million pre-registrations. Thanks to all pre-registered users, players can enjoy many rewards at launch, including Master Tapes. The latter is what everyone will need to pull for characters. Furthermore, with the launch so close, people can expect more information about this gacha ARPG coming soon. If Zenless‘ launch is as big as Honkai‘s, we’re in for some busy weeks before visiting New Eridu.

In the meantime, you can try playing any of the other HoYoverse games that are enjoying some packed content updates. Honkai Star Rail premiered its Version 2.3 not long ago, introducing Firefly and Jade as playable characters. For Genshin Impact, we finally have Version 4.7 featuring Clorinde. So, whether you want some high-fantasy world, a trailblazing adventure, or some urban fantasy, HoYoverse has you covered.
