Vannessa Cross‘ confidence is on a new level in the “1000-Lb Best Friends” third season snippet amid her weight loss transformation. The reality star recently underwent excess skin removal surgery and seemed prepared for the process. Cross has dropped a whopping 250 lbs since her journey started and is now engaging in life healthily.
A sneak peek on TLC’s Instagram page ahead of the show’s new season showcased Cross awaiting her skin removal surgery approval. “Since I’ve lost the weight, I’m physically different, mentally different. I reach monumental goals every day that people of regular and average size have lived with every day of their lives,” declared the reality star as she acknowledged her triumphs in her journey.
She also noted that she now loves fitness, including enjoying a good walk, taking care of herself, and eating better. Cross admitted that although her confidence is stronger, she still feels insecure about all the loose skin and body rolls. “Let’s keep it 100, I just feel like an old woman because of everything,” the TLC star stated.
Her healthy weight helped her express optimism about being cleared for excess skin surgery. Lovers of her show trooped to the comments to drop words of encouragement and their thoughts about her new journey. “So proud of you and happy for you! You are such an inspiration!!!!” this user wrote.

Vannessa Cross Admits to Surgery Addiction With a Bbl on Her Bucket List
In an interview with PEOPLE, the TLC star revealed that she has surgery addiction and plans to get a BBL as soon as possible. “I’m a little bit addicted to plastic surgery because my healing was extremely easy and painless. So my next goal is a BBL. I want my Brazilian butt lift,” she said.
The “1000lb Best Friends” star then added, “You know, white girl, no butt ever in my life… so I’m going to need my plastic surgeon to give me one of them pretty little round booties.” Cross’ comment comes following a successful skin removal surgery after a series of rejections from several doctors, noting:
“I got turned down by a couple plastic surgeons, which blew my mind because it wasn’t nothing but a bunch of hanging skin…I found a doctor that accepted me and I had my plastic surgery.”
Additionally, the reality star says that her days of wanting to remain hidden are over. Vannessa Cross now feels like “the baddest woman alive” and loves being able to walk out the door, head high.
