One of the most talked-about cases in America right now is the Lindsay Clancy case, which shouldn’t surprise many. People across the country have followed it closely, and despite the shocking events and revelations surrounding the trial, much of the attention has now turned to the jury. Between reports of one juror initially being unwilling to acquit and another expressing uncertainty about the verdict, many people online have been left furious and concerned about how the justice system works.
There have been several developments in the Lindsay Clancy case, but one of the most recent ones, which comes from the Daily Mail and NBC Boston, claims that three women jurors came forward to say that one male juror didn’t want to acquit. According to the report, all of the four jurors had heated discussions, as the man said, “I’m still not going to say she’s not guilty.”
With this new debacle on the table, several citizens saw it as infuriating, as it seems, according to them, that the jurors are taking the case to a more personal level and drawing attention away from the actual trial. Some are even worried that the three female jurors will try to expose the male juror due to what he said about the trial.

Also reported by the Daily Mail, it would seem that this juror thought that Clancy was guilty at first. However, it seems they were allegedly swayed to shift their verdict to an acquittal. But in a recent interview, that same juror supposedly said they still believe Clancy could be guilty to an extent.
This last development has raised a lot of eyebrows, especially with how the jury has handled the matter. And well, so far, comments toward the 12 involved in the verdict haven’t been too friendly.
Americans Are Tearing the Lindsay Clancy Jury Apart
With how poorly managed the case has been in many ways, people have raised their online pitchforks toward the jury and have called them out for a lack of professionalism and critical thinking, among other things.

Others have even suggested bringing in more professional people to handle the current case, given the circumstances.

At the time of writing, the case has ended in a mistrial after the jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict, and judging by the reaction online, plenty of people are far from satisfied with how things played out.
