Now there’s a list of games you wouldn’t have been disappointed at finding under your tree on Christmas morning. It’s also a list I have definitely contributed to. At a quick count, I have downloaded 7 of these games. It would have been more, but the other 5 I own as physical copies.
Most of the games don’t come as a surprise; we’d all expect to see the first party Nintendo games up there, even if they are available cheaper from an actual shop.
Other, multiplatform games have done quite well; however, titles such as Untitled Goose Game, Cuphead, and Hollow Knight feel at home on the Switch, at least to me.
Let us know how many of the above games you own on the Switch, and it would be interesting to see how much our readers contributed. 2019 has been a good year for the Switch, here’s hoping the good form continues into 2020.
