It has been over 15 years since 2K Games has released an NFL game; however, this is set to change following a new deal with the League. We will now go over everything you need to know about 2K’s new deal with the League.
2K Games set to Return to NFL
In the time since 2K game’s last official licensed NFL game, EA has held exclusive rights to make NLF based games until today. 2K has announced a new partnership with the NFL viva twitter in a recent tweet, the tweet that will be shown below also included a link to a news release by Take-Two Interactive.
According to the news release, we can expect to see several new NFL games from 2K games. They will also be non-simulation experiences. Furthermore, future game titles and developers are still unknown but will be announced at a later date. 2k has also confirmed that the future games are in early development and will also be launching in 2021, during Take-Two’s fiscal year 2022.
