The Bold and the Beautiful is a famous soap opera on the CBS network. Since 1987 it’s been entertaining viewers with it romantic and dramatic storylines. 3. Ridge Taking Advantage of Brooke Was a Disgusting Moment
Ridge Forrester and Brooke Logan aka Bridge are considered the super couple of The Bold and the Beautiful. The two as been touted as “destiny” since they always find always find their way back to each other. But their three-decade love story is more toxic than romantic.
One of the couple’s worst moments came in 2006.
During that time the couple wasn’t together and Brooke was engaged to Ridge’s half-brother Nick Marone. Yet, the fashion designer was determined to win back his ex. He visited Brooke’s house to convince her to give him a second chance, but a stressed Brooked ordered him to leave.
She then went upstairs, took some sleeping pills and then went to bed. Moments later Ridge entered the bedroom, undressed, then had sex with a drowsy Brooke. The next morning Brooke was horrified to discover Ridge in her bed. When Brooke told him she had taken sleeping pills, Ridge felt remorse for his actions.
But days later, he changed his tune during a confrontation with Nick. Ridge bragged about what he did to Brooke, proclaiming “nobody loves sex like Brooke” and “nobody satisifies her the way I can.”
Since then the writers have swept the storyline under the rug to save the fairy-tale aura of Bridge’s love story. But longtime fans won’t forget this disgusting moment of the couple’s history.
2. Brooke Slept With Hope’s Boyfriend on The Bold and the Beautiful
Brooke’s love life often gets her into trouble and causes heartache for others. She’s betrayed her sister Katie and her daughter Bridget by sleeping with their husbands. But one of her worst moments came in 2010 during her daughter Hope Logan’s masquerade party.
Hope and Brooke wore matching dresses and masks which confused Hope’s boyfriend Oliver Jones. When he arrived to the party and saw Brooke wearing Hope’s necklace, he assumed it was his girlfriend. Unaware that it was Brooke, Oliver danced with her before she led him to the balcony. She whispered she was “ready” and the two had sex.
But after their rendezvous Oliver returned to the house and discovered Hope was there. Moments later, Brooke came in and Oliver was horrified to realize he had sex with Hope’s mother. When he later confronted Brooke, she panicked because she assumed Oliver was Ridge.
Despite their efforts to keep it a secret, their tryst was exposed for the public to see. Oliver came out on the losing end, while Brooke was eventually forgiven for her misdeed.
Brooke sleeping with Oliver wasn’t one of her finest moments. Although she claimed it was a case of mistaken identity, Oliver’s features are different from Ridge, so she must’ve known it wasn’t her husband.
1. Bridget and Ridge Were a Disgusting Couple
The Bold and the Beautiful has created many bad couples, but none were more repulsive than Bridget Forrester and Ridge.
At one time, Ridge thought Bridget was his daughter, he raised her for most of her childhood. But years later, it was discovered there was a mix up with the paternity results. A new DNA test was conducted, showing that Eric Forrester was her dad, thus making Ridge her half-brother.
When Bridget grew into adulthood she discovered a shocking secret. Ridge was Massimo Marone’s son, not Eric’s, which meant she and him weren’t brother and sister. She began to develop romantic feelings for him and vice versa. They shared a few kisses, but luckily it didn’t go any further.
The pairing not only disgusted their family, but also fans. On Reddit, commenters still remember the bad days of Bridget and Ridge’s relationship.
There’s no worse pairing than Ridge and Bridget. So vile and incestuous. You could argue they’re the worst/most disgusting pairing in soap history.
