90 Day Fiance couple Mary Rosa and Brandan De Nuccio had the potential to return to TLC for one of the network’s spinoff shows. When the season began, they had just the right amount of crazy that reality television viewers like to see. However, after the couple’s latest scandal, they can likely kiss all their opportunities goodbye.
Mary Rosa Cries Cancer & Her 90 Day Fiance Spouse Branda De Nuccio Backs Her Up
90 Day Fiance spouses Bandan De Nuccio and Mary Rosa recently committed fraud. Mary signed on to her social media pages early last week to announce to her followers that she had been diagnosed with colon cancer.
Mary Rosa claimed that she was very sick and had been recently diagnosed with colon cancer and needed surgery as soon as possible. The 23-year-old 90 Day Fiance star claimed that she had been passing blood after using the bathroom and was in extreme pain. She also claimed that the doctor informed her that she needed to undergo several expensive medical tests and surgery.
So what does her husband Brandan De Nuccio and Mary Rosa do? They set up a GoGetFunding page the same day, asking for donations to help cover the costs of Mary’s surgery and treatments. Mary went about playing the frightened victim and fearing for her life.
However, after much drama and fan backlash, Mary says she made a mistake. Oops — she says that she misunderstood her doctor, who said she had colon issues. Despite Mary’s attempt at an explanation, the couple began receiving a lot of backlash from their 90 Day Fiance followers.
Mary & Brandan Attempt to Save Face
The drama continued to build, and Mary Rosa and Brandan De Nuccio continued to try to backtrack on their scandal. However, it was too late. Their fundraising website was taken down only after they pulled in over $1,300. Mary tried to tell fans that she had immediately spent the money on her hospital tests, but the 90 Day Fiance fans did not buy into it.
Strangely enough, YouTube blogger According to Amber uncovered that not only did Mary and Brandan scam everyone, but Mary also bought a new iPhone. Not only did they shame themselves, but they also caused a lot of drama for the 90 Day Fiance network.
It looks like their dreams of becoming reality stars have gone down the toilet — right along with Mary’s fake colon cancer diagnosis. They may as well kiss their 90 Day Fiance dreams goodbye. It is doubtful that TLC will touch them after all of this.
