Khloe Kardashian has always been an outgoing businesswoman. However, the mother-of-two is now allegedly attempting to get her own TV show up and running. The Kardashian’s television franchise is expanding with a new Hulu series that will apparently focus on the Kardashian family’s friends around their gated community called Calabasas. Khloe seems to want the show to feature many different A-listers who also live in the Calabasas, California, community. However, it has not been confirmed exactly what celebrities will really be taking part in this.
According to reports from Suggest, Khloe Kardashian has had her own TV show before. It was called Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian. However, it seems these two series will have nothing to do with one another. The gated community of Calabasas is an extremely wealthy community with many big-name stars who call it home. Of course, the Kardashians are one family that lives behind the gates. Stars such as Drake, Will Smith, and many others have also called this place their home. It really is a gold mine of rich celebrities. However, not everyone seems happy about Khloe’s upcoming Hulu show. Some social media users have let their opinions be known. One even stated that, “No one wants this,” regarding the possible new series.
What’s Khloe Kardashian’s New Hulu Series Really About?
“We all want to know what’s happening behind the gates of Calabasas,” Disney reality TV chief Rob Mills explained while on the panel. “Who are all these people in the extended lives of the Kardashians? So, we’re developing a show that we’re actually, at least for now, calling Calabasas Behind the Gates.“
It seems as though there are many fans who just don’t see the need for another Kardashian-led show. The Kardashians on Hulu has already taken massive ratings hits, and while this may be a way to try and counter that, it could also blow up in all of their faces. “Khloe can not carry a show on her own,” said another X (formerly Twitter) user. It’s clear that this upcoming show already has a lot of doubts from its potential audience. However, there will always be a decent number of fans who will watch any kind of Kardashian content.
Rumors have begun to fly regarding who may be in this upcoming series. A lot of names with some heavy star power have been tossed around. However, one name that really sticks out is Rob Kardashian. Seemingly the most reserved Kardashian, Rob never really makes any on-screen appearances. Although, could this show get him out of his shell a little? Khloe Kardashian seems to have a great relationship with her brother, maybe the Good American founder can convince him to get back in front of the camera. However, for now, fans will just have to wait and see who Hulu can really nail down for this upcoming television series.
