Jeymi and Kris both came fully prepared for war during the Tell-All. There were several accusations and counter-accusations from both sides. The estranged couple tried their best to blame each other for the demise of their relationship. Jeymi first attempted to set the record straight regarding the gold digger claims from Kris. She brought receipts to show she only received $750 from Kris in the five months she stayed back in America “working.”
Jeymi further claimed she received less than $1,150 throughout their relationship. However, Kris countered and stated she had given Jeymi more than $10,000. The American then claimed she didn’t have access to the account. She made the transfers to prove the claims. Kris also accused Jeymi of cheating on her a second time, which made her get into an accident that could have quickly taken her life.
The two continued to trade words in the emotionally charged segment and could never find common ground. Amidst all the chaos and tears, fans felt mainly triggered by the duo’s breakup footage, which showed Kris aggressively shoving Jeymi out of the car. 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Fans Think Kris Abused Jeymi
Throughout season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, fans have called Kris many names — from liar to junkie. Most of the viewers have been unimpressed with her behavior on the show. And during part II of season 4 Tell-All, fans watched in utter disgust as the Alabama native sank to a new low. The American added “violent abuser” to her list of unwanted tags in this season of the series.
The scene showing Kris shove Jeymi out of her car so she could shut the door and drive off triggered angry reactions from fans. The 90-Day Fiancé fans quickly took to social media to call out Kris’ terrible attitude. On Reddit, an angry user identified by the handle Nq_23 started a conversation about the incident. The user posted a thread with the caption,
“Kris should be getting the same energy people would’ve given a man in that DV situation. Trigger warning for DV victims.”
While analyzing the scene, the OP accused Kris of domestic violence. The OP also pointed out how Kris wouldn’t allow Jeymi to talk about her feelings despite frustrating her with her ghosting habit. The user also slammed Kris for always hiding behind her claims of financially supporting Jeymi to perpetuate the cruelest acts on her. Most users agreed with the OP’s points and equally how sorry they felt for Jeymi. Many fans also felt angered that Kris didn’t face any consequences for her violent behavior. “That’s one thing I dislike about the show. It sometimes portrays abuse, both physical and emotional abuse, and there aren’t any consequences for the abusers, nor is the abuse even acknowledged. This contributes to the normalization of abusive behavior.”
The Other Way Cast Refused To Call Kris Out
In everything, fans felt most disappointed by the reaction of the cast members to Kris’ abusive behavior towards Jeymi. Most fans were shocked by the way the cast refused to acknowledge that there was any abuse. They also declined to call Kris out for her terrible attitude throughout the season. In fact, rather than call out Kris, it almost felt like she was being made the victim.
Instead, Jeymi became the villain. At some point during the Tell-All, Debbie Aguero even called Jeymi “predatory.” Debbie’s comments backed up Kris’ gold digger claims against her ex-wife. Meanwhile, other cast members struggled with picking any sides and chalked the whole thing up to a sour relationship. Fans couldn’t hide their disappointment in the cast and even accused TLC of encouraging domestic violence by their refusal to call out Kris’ behavior. One user, u/hanabattah, commented,

So many signs pointed to this being the most likely outcome of Kris and Jeymi’s turbulent relationship. The two were a complete mismatch for each other and always seemed to be on a collision path. More importantly, Kris always cut across as a loose cannon, and she proved that with her violent behavior towards Jeymi.
