Crash Team Racing โ€™s Nitro Tour Grand Prix has just ended, but the next one is coming already. Although, Activision and Beenox didn’t announce anything yet, itย has been a post on Reddit to leak an image of everything included in the next season. “Back N. Time” is the name of the upcoming Grand Prix that will go from August 2nd until August 25th.

The Crash Team Racing Back N. Time Grand Prix will introduce the new map “Prehistoric Playground.” And during the period of the event, players could race to complete challenges and earn points that later they can spend to buy cosmetics exclusive to this season. After the August 25th finish line those will no more be available, even though, Beenox said that they might be available via Pit Stop, in future.

The new season will introduce three new characters, which are Baby T, Baby Crash, and Baby Coco, and new skins for Pura, Sem, N.Trophy, Crash, and Ripper Roo. Also, in the image are present three new karts.

The Champions Kart is coming with the end of the first Grand Prix

Every time a race is completed, players earn points. The higher is the position reached, the richer the points price is. Once completed the first race the Leaderboard is unlocked, on top of which there are the drivers with more points.

Activision and Beenox promised to gift the most capable players with some rewards based on their Leaderboear placement. The players placed in the top 5% were planned to get the Champions Kart. However, the craved vehicle hasn’t been delivered yet. Obviously, many players got worried, but it shouldn’t be necessary. On Activision’ s blog, it is specified that:

“Leaderboard rewards will be distributed on the first day following the Grand Prix and will reset at the end of each Grand Prix season.”

Therefore, it should be enough to wait a little bit more to put the hands on the Champions Kart finally.
