Alien: Isolation is coming to the Nintendo Switch this upcoming December. It will release with all DLC content and comes with Switch-specific features.
Craft and Stealth To Survive
Alien: Isolation follows Amanda Ripley, Ellen Ripley’s daughter, as she tries to uncover what happened to her mother following the first Alien movie. Her journey will take her face to face with the Alien creature where she will have to use stealth and gadgets to survive.
First releasing in 2014, Alien: Isolation has had a continued life through new content drops. Even though it released five years ago, it is still a standout for capturing the authenticity of the 1979 movie Alien.
In the game, you will have to collect resources and items to survive while aboard the Sevastopol space station. As you try to solve what happened to Amanda’s mother, the Alien will hunt you at every turn.
Taking on the Alien directly will not end well, so Amanda must use her crafting abilities to create distractions and tools to survive. However, these items are severely limited so you must use them wisely.
Alien: Isolation Comes With All DLC and New Switch Features
This game will come with all seven pieces of DLC content, including Last Survivor, which is an alternate take on the first Alien movie. In addition, the Nintendo Switch version comes with gyroscopic aiming and HD rumble to add more intensity to the gameplay.
This version of Alien: Isolation can also play on the go, so you can share the horror with your friends anywhere.
Alien: Isolation will release on December 5 on the Nintendo Switch for $34.99. One aspect to note is the game comes in at 17.7 GB, so make sure you have some space on your Switch before you download.
