Wild River Games have just announced that their new Co-op Multiplayer RPG The Dark Eye: Book Of Heroes will be releasing on June 9, 2020. Book of Heroes is a brand new official licensed game based on the renowned tabletop RPG The Dark Eye from Ulisses Spiele International. The Dark Eye tabletop game series is one of the most popular games of the genre and even comparable to Dungeons and Dragons. The series is also one of the most beloved games favored by German roleplayers and Tabletop players alike. That said, let’s get into everything we know so far regarding the upcoming release of Book of Heroes.

The Dark Eye: Book Of Heroes will feature twelve professions ranging from Assassin, Mercenary, Blessed one of Rondra, Knight or Black Magician. Book of Heroes will also have players playing as one of four races; elves, half-elves, dwarves, and humans; players will also be able to customize their character’s appearances. The game will also support up to four players in multiplayer co-op; additional features offered by the game will be listed below.

“Based on THE DARK EYE license, Book of Heroes puts you right into the fantasy world of Aventuria where you can raid dungeons and experience adventures, together with friends or alone, that you can only overcome with combined skills and forces.“

“Play with up to 4 players where you combine the specialities of the different species and professions to overcome enemies, puzzles and challenges in the myriad of procedurally generated maps.“

“Enjoy extensive character development opportunities and item crafting in addition to common, improved and legendary items lootable throughout the game.“

“Play with friends or alone in single-player mode with eight individual storylines. Hire a few companions at the Inn of the Black Boar for your adventures.“
